∎ Previous experience in digital marketing, with exposure to social media marketing, advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads), and programmatic advertising.
∎ Previous experience in the healthcare or digital health industry, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
∎ Basic understanding of performance marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
∎ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for web and app platforms, with the ability to upload content, make banner changes, and manage basic updates.
∎ Experience with influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance.
∎ Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating simple graphics and visual assets.
∎ Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and familiarity with testing tools for optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing strategies to achieve user acquisition and engagement targets for the digital health app.
∎ Support the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram), search engines (Google), and programmatic advertising platforms.
∎ Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to create and manage campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Creator Studio, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
∎ Coordinate the execution of performance marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive traffic and conversions.
∎ Assist in the management of programmatic advertising campaigns, including targeting, optimization, and performance tracking using cPASS, DSP, SSP platforms.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate content uploads, banner changes, and other website and app updates.
∎ Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and insights to the Digital Marketing Lead.
∎ Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and the digital health industry.
∎ Support the Digital Marketing Lead in managing relationships with key influencers and partners for influencer marketing campaigns.
∎ Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare, contributing ideas for innovation and improvement.
