Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, IT/software marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of software, web technologies, and IT services.
Proven track record in lead generation, media buying, client acquisition, brand building, and driving product sales.
Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Reporting:
Report to and assist the Manager – Coordination in daily tasks and duties.
Social Media & Digital Operations:
Manage and oversee all digital platforms: Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and upcoming channels.
Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, SEO, E-mail marketing, and content marketing.
Provide creative ideas for content and digital promotion.
Create, schedule, and publish content according to monthly and yearly plans.
Work with developers, designers, and management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Ensure traffic growth, lead generation, and conversions.
Website Management:
Operate, update, and maintain the company’s Website.
Manage plugins, pages, blogs, SEO structure, security basics, and optimization.
Content Development:
Write and prepare content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, campaigns, etc.
Ensure brand consistency and quality.
SEO & Analytics:
Perform SEO, keyword research, backlinks, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, etc.
Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
Planning & ROI:
Prepare monthly & yearly social media calendars.
Plan and monitor weekly/monthly ROI-based digital marketing strategies.
Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Graphics & Creative:
Create graphics as per company requirements.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
Industry-Specific Knowledge (High Priority):
Understanding of Manpower / Overseas Employment business.
Experience in campaign strategy for overseas recruitment.
