Experience:
8 to 12 years of relevant experience
Experience in Training Institutes or Any Manpower Recruitment organizations
Overseas Experience will be preferable
Able to mobilize government, donor or CSR funds and have relevant experience
Good knowledge of NTVQF & BNQF Training System
CBT Level certification will be an advantage
Knowledge of multiple languages will be considered an added advantage
Age 30 to 45 years
Must be capable of handling at least 500 students/ learns in a training environment
Good technical knowledge in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical trades and Instrumentation
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficient in ERP systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and IT tools
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles will be an advantage

Job Context:
A.R.M Group is seeking an experienced and competent Training Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of the training center, manage trainers and administrative staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical training programs. The candidate must have strong knowledge of technical training systems and multiple engineering trades to support skill development programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall administration and operations of the training center
Ensure effective training programs in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and other technical trades
Must be familiar with ERP software and training management systems
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs based on client or industry needs
Recruit, supervise, and support trainers, instructors, and administrative staff
Maintain high-quality training delivery standards
Manage training schedules, documentation, and student records
Monitor performance metrics and prepare management reports
Ensure compliance with industry standards, NTVQF & BNQF guidelines
Promote training programs through marketing and outreach strategies
Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
Good knowledge of NTVQF & BNQF Training System
CBT Level certification will be an advantage
Knowledge of multiple languages will be considered an added advantage
