Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
SEO Proficiency: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
SMM Expertise: Hands-on experience running successful paid and organic campaigns on major social platforms.
Design Skills: Proficiency in a graphics design tool (e.g., Canva is a must; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in tele-marketing.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Artificial Intelligence: Must be conversant with AI tools
Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
Conduct continuous keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
Manage, curate, and schedule compelling content across all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Develop and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) to achieve specific lead generation or brand awareness goals.
Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
Execute targeted tele-marketing campaigns to qualify leads generated through digital channels.
Develop and refine compelling sales scripts and pitches.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead status and conversation details.
Create visually appealing graphics, banners, short videos, and static content for social media, website, and email marketing using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Track, measure, and analyze performance across all digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, Email) using tools like Google Analytics and platform-native insights.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
