Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and support the development teams to implement and adopt DevOps tools and processes (CI/CD, automated testing, containerization etc) for increasing feature release frequency
∎ Work closely with partner operations team to drive the implementation and maintenance of an automated framework (process and tools) for system and application performance monitoring
∎ Support the Digital Development QA Senior Manager (i.e. Release Manager) for delivery governance interfacing between Digital, Technology and the augmented/outsourced development Team
∎ Facilitate in removing impediments and blockers preventing the release progress of sprints by working closely with technology, development vendors and digital product teams
∎ Define the operational strategy to identify the scope of process automation, design necessary automation scope for system and application and provide technical assistance in setting up the automated solutions using a plethora of tools (e.g. Nagios, ELK stack, New Relic etc)
∎ Drive the implementation phase for implementing automation tools for performance monitoring and suggest modification of the system for upgradation of monitoring systems
∎ Leverage the learning framework for build understanding on the application and infrastructural architecture

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of overall experience working with the proportion of the experience work as a lead software developer or technical architect (preferably within the telecoms industry)
∎ Sound understanding of Software Development Lifecycle model
∎ Sound understanding in Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) applicable to the digital product development
∎ Extensive hands-on experience working back end technologies like PHP in particular
∎ Sound technical knowledge and experience in building digital products (e.g. mobile apps) - full stack software development using popular technologies like HTML5, CSS, Javascript ), Python, PHP, Mysql, MongoDB, REDIS
∎ Advanced technical knowledge and experience in setting up systems and application performance monitoring tools (Nagios, ELK stack, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace etc)
∎ Advanced knowledge on DevOps processes and tools - continuous integration(CI), continuous deployment(CD), cloud (AWS, GCP), containerization, infrastructure-as-code
