Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline with no Third Class/Division in any academic career from reputed university.
4–5 years of relevant experience in digital banking operations, fintech, payment systems, or IT support preferred.
Knowledge of APIs, digital payments, mobile app ecosystems, and core banking integration will be an advantage.
Exposure to project coordination, UAT, and vendor management will be beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Understanding of digital banking platforms, eKYC, and security protocols.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Bengal Commercial Bank PLC. is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-oriented individual for the position of Digital Banking Officer. The incumbent will play a key role in managing and optimizing the Bank’s digital channels, including Internet Banking, Mobile App, and eKYC platforms. This role requires a balance of operational efficiency, technical understanding, and customer-centric thinking to support the Bank’s digital growth and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and performance of digital banking platforms (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, SMS Banking, eKYC, Payment Gateways, etc.).
Collaborate with IT, Business, and Vendor teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and timely issue resolution.
Participate in the development, testing, and rollout of new digital products, services, and features.
Monitor system logs, transaction trends, and customer feedback to identify and resolve pain points.
Ensure data security, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all digital channels.
Assist in process automation, digital onboarding, and customer experience enhancement projects.
Prepare analytics and performance dashboards for management review.
Capable of integrating digital marketing strategies with banking technology platforms to promote digital products via LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
