∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven factory (Tops & Bottom). Candidate need to stay close to factory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and set up an Inspection and Production team with proper guidance.
∎ Ensure to collect PO sheet, Sample, Fabric, Trims & Accessories inventory & Inspection report.
∎ Establish different methods of fabric & accessories Inspection and test procedure.
∎ Ensure require inspection and internal & external testing procedure for all fabrics & materials.
∎ Confirm actual specification of buyers if there is any ambiguity or confusion.
∎ Ensure Sample development & Pre-Production Meeting of every style.
∎ Production follow up, Monitoring & also reporting to the top management.
∎ Coordination & Communication with Merchandiser and also buyer & external parties.
∎ Conduct frequently quality audit and ensure the quality of products in cutting, sewing & finishing section as per buyer required.
∎ Ensure that the AQL of the Company & buyer is properly maintained and exceeded.
∎ Make sure the rigorous control of repairable, washable and reject garments.
∎ Review factory quality performance and achieve the set target for both process inspection, DHU% and final inspection pass rate.
∎ Install root cause analysis system and both corrective & preventive actions against occurrence of any defect in products.
∎ Keep meaningful contribution in confirming timely shipment in accordance with Quality & Quantity.
∎ Perform Pre-final and Final Audit of any items of all buyers.16. Establish and implement companies & buyer's quality system policy and procedure the factory.
∎ Technical, Compliance, Production & Quality management system analysis for different buyers and update CAP on time to send to the buyer.
∎ Prepare power point presentation and Training Module and also conduct quality training & awareness program on different subject for all concern quality manning.
∎ Production & Quality Management system (QMS) analysis for the entire factories as per buyers required.
∎ Conduct performance appraisal, Identify weakness & Performance analysis of the QA Staffs'.
∎ Establish & Monitoring the buyer's requirements and Company rules & regulation.
∎ Prepare and Submit reports on time which is required by the Management.
∎ Ensure to update all internal & external report on time as required by the buyer.
∎ Keep meaningful contribution in confirming timely shipment in accordance with the time chart.
∎ Ensure to prepare and submit various reports such as; thread cut inspection, in-process inspection, lot pass audit, measurement status, End-line inspection, metal detector calibration, garments passed report by metal detector, daily rejection report, UPC/Print sticker check report, style closing report, pre-final/final inspection, Root cause Analysis report etc. required by the management properly and timely.
