• Lead and supervise all finishing operations of intimate garments from sewing end to packing, ensuring smooth production flow.

• Ensure quality finishing output including trimming, thread cutting, checking, ironing, folding, tagging, and final packing as per buyer standards.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Production, IE, and Packing teams to meet daily shipment targets.

• Monitor finishing line performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with AQL standards and buyer requirements for lingerie/intimates products.

• Handle and reduce finishing defects such as stains, measurement issues, improper folding, wrong labeling, and packing errors.

• Maintain proper control of packing accessories (poly, carton, barcode, hangtags, stickers, tissue paper, etc.).

• Prepare and update daily finishing reports including output, manpower status, rejection analysis, and shipment readiness.

• Ensure correct implementation of buyer packing instructions, carton marking, assortment, and ratio packing.

• Manage finishing manpower planning, shift allocation, training, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure workplace discipline, housekeeping, and compliance with 5S and safety standards in finishing areas.

• Support audit requirements (Social, Technical, Buyer compliance) related to finishing and packing processes.

• Communicate with merchandising and planning team regarding finishing status and shipment schedules.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to minimize rework, rejection, and delay in dispatch.

• Ensure all finished goods are properly inspected, packed, and delivered to warehouse on time.
