Payroll Management:
Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.
Conducting payroll audits and ensuring compliance with BD labor laws and statutory requirements.
Collaborating with the human resources and finance departments to seamlessly integrate payroll and employee data analysis and reports.
Processing new hires, terminations, promotions and other employee status changes in the payroll system and ensuring accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures, streamlining payroll processes.
Ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulations in all payroll processes, mitigating legal risks and potential liabilities.
Implementing payroll process improvements and automation, leveraging technology to enhance payroll efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
Resolving payroll discrepancies & Privacy
Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.
Stay updated on payroll regulations and company trends, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Working closely CISD and supporting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with payroll service providers.
Monitoring, Reporting and other tasks
HRIS management, attendance & leave management, personal information and personal file management closely monitoring.
Reviewing and verifying payroll data and records.
Ensuring system incentives and efficiency by weekly and monthly.
Opening bank accounts on time and ensuring account errors.
Ensure staff insurance and claims with annual premiums.
Ensure training on compensation and benefits terms for all employees.
Closely monitor regular and weekly working hours.
Make sure salary budget vs. actual by monthly.
Budget/Projection salaries, allowances, bonuses, etc. make sure to finance monthly and yearly.
Actual headcount report prepared monthly for BSC, VHR.
OCR report consolidation regularly and submit to VHR.
