Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Trainee Officer typically will take on roles in different departments based on their strengths and interests, catering to the needs of the business.
Job location will be at Head Office and different Factories in Gulshan, Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj.
The Management Trainee's responsibilities include performing duties in departments of different natures of factories, like Garments, Textile, Sweater, such as Merchandising & Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Dyeing Production, Knitting & Garments Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and so on.
Completing all assigned tasks and duties in different departments, and gaining knowledge of operations.
Learning from the line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and practices that affect each phase of business.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Data collation, validation, and presentation.
Traveling to different SBU's and participating in daily operations as required.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
