• Graduation in Textile Engineering or other relevant field from any reputed institution.

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Denim/Woven bottoms in sample section.

• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skill.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct activities of sewing fabric to meet sample production plan.

• Assist Head of Sample to inspect processed parts to verify dimensions, color, quantity and style against work order sample.

• Responsible for setup and adjustment of sewing machines.

• Review work orders to determine staffing requirements.

• Monitor man, machine and material for smooth sewing operation of sample.

• Assist Head of Sample to inspect products throughout processing stages to maintain specified sample standards.

• Train workers in operation of machines and equipment.

• Prepare Report on productivity, materials used and sample inventory.

• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
