• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Graduation in Textile Engineering or other relevant field from any reputed institution.

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Denims/Woven Bottoms in Sample section.

• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skill.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct activities of sample department to meet daily sample production target.

• Review the weekly sample production schedule and work out plan to determine staffing and other resource requirements to meet the deadlines.

• Monitor, control and utilization of men, machine and material for optimum productivity.

• Inspect samples and methods throughout processing stages to maintain specified standards.

• Train supervisors and workers in operation of machinery and equipment.

• Confirm all samples are being produced as per the buyers’ given specification.

• Report on sample productivity, materials status to all concerns.

• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.

• Establish effective communication with other departments to ensure that the deadlines are met.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
