Major Duties and responsibilities:
Plan and execute first bulk washing as per approved PP samples and buyer requirements.
Ensure correct wash recipes, machine parameters, and process control before bulk release.
Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams for first bulk approval.
Monitor and control wash quality issues such as shade variation, back staining, and re-wash.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards, RSL/MRSL, ZDHC, and factory SOPs.
Maintain wash recipes, batch records, and traceability documentation.
Control cost, rejection, and productivity during bulk washing.
Lead, supervise, and train washing supervisors and operators.
Ensure safe operations, chemical handling, and EHS compliance.
Work Station: Square Denims Ltd. (Garments Unit), Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
