• BSc/ MSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians.

• Sound knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance, utility management, and factory compliance issues.

• Excellent understanding of industrial machines, HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, and substation operations.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Compliance Knowledge | Leadership | Problem-solving | Factory Engineering

• Lead the Electro-Mechanical department, ensuring uninterrupted utility support for all operations.

• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of all machinery and equipment.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and mechanical systems.

• Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (fire safety, electrical safety, etc.).

• Prepare budget and CAPEX planning for utility and maintenance needs.

• Coordinate with relevant departments during new project setup or machinery installation.

• Guide subordinates and build technical capacity across the team.
