Experience:
BSc/ MSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians.
Sound knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance, utility management, and factory compliance issues.
Excellent understanding of industrial machines, HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, and substation operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Lead the Electro-Mechanical department, ensuring uninterrupted utility support for all operations.
Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and mechanical systems.
Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (fire safety, electrical safety, etc.).
Prepare budget and CAPEX planning for utility and maintenance needs.
Coordinate with relevant departments during new project setup or machinery installation.
Guide subordinates and build technical capacity across the team.
