Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve company targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Oversee all aspects of property sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide training, motivation, and direction to the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
