Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design working procedure for large production unit and need to control large number of workers and staffs
∎ To develop and adopt the new techniques to increase the cost effective production with the required quality standards
∎ Developing new methodologies and standards to increase the production
∎ Estimate and achieve the target with the required quality standards
∎ To ensure the availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
∎ Prepare production planning and maintain buyer required shipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in similar post mentioned above in any woven shirt/ blouse garments manufacturing units
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process
∎ Knowledge in compliance & audit aspects
∎ Knowledge in IE
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English
