This position is responsible for relationship-based business with modern trade and different institutions i.e. NGO, government, large or medium private as well as public institutions and ensure to enhance the overall business of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Market mapping and identification of different channels.
Building channel relationships to ensure products placements, movement of stocks and other success factors.
Complete ownership of primary and secondary sales targets.
Understanding the competitor’s techniques and sales trends, consumer behavior and buying considerations to achieve the company’s sales objectives in regard to modern trade and institutional sales.
Identify institutional business opportunities (government, large or medium private & public institutions, NGO, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies etc), conduct research and prepare analytical report in order to process sales orders for large volume deals.
Designing programs for in-channel customer engagement to promote brand and push-sales.
Implementation of in-channel customer engagement programs – including branding, promotions etc. to achieve sales targets in different channels (chain shops/outlets)Survey market trends and maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
Carry out frequent field visits as per monthly visit plan and be accountable for monthly sales targets (brand wise).
Designing and promoting special festival-based events (e.g, Festive gifting etc.)
Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, minimum lead time to deliver our products and maximum customer support.
Development and maintenance of reporting systems.
