Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGDPM / PGDHRM / MBA in HRM from any reputed institution are Mandatory.
∎ Skills Required: HR Compliance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to manage around 4000 employees.
∎ Overall in charge of Compliance of factory.
∎ Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Sweaters Industry.
∎ Experience in different audit such as ISO Audit, Accord (RSC) - Alliance requirement, QMS, BSCI, SADDEX, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, BPI audit.
∎ Work closely with the higher management on organizational Compliance issues.
∎ Formulate and implement Compliance related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Lead the Compliance Team in delivering standard Compliance services for the industries of specified sector(s) within the framework of policy and procedures.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Monitor that Compliance team supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, Maintain Legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards
∎ Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of Compliance policy in the organization.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
