Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA Major in Management/HRM from any reputed University.
∎ PGDPM/ PGDHRM is required for this position.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategies, techniques, and plans for talent acquisition.
∎ Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the company and drafting job descriptions for open job roles.
∎ To prepare talent acquisition budget.
∎ Sourcing and discovering top talent for open positions using job boards.
∎ Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes (e.g., conducting interviews and screening calls, administering psychological tests, etc.).
∎ Reviewing employment applications and creating background check reports.
∎ Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops.
∎ Leading, managed, and supervised members of the talent acquisition team in evaluating acquisition efforts.
∎ Communicating and negotiating employee contract terms with candidates.
∎ Ensuring that the employee onboarding process goes on smoothly.
∎ Keeping track of employee performances and developing and implementing employee retention strategies.
∎ Maintaining and updating employee benefit programs and plans.
∎ Ensuring all hiring activities comply with the industry’s legal guidelines.
∎ Planning and organizing career fairs and related events and attending job fairs at the institute.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 14 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition in a renowned group of companies or Multinational Company.
∎ Complete knowledge of human resources best practices and legal requirements governing the same
∎ Having knowledge in ERP, data management, analysis, and report generating skill
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
∎ Good time management and organizational skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
∎ Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
∎ Ability to lead and motivate the team.
∎ Strong negotiation and sales skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ A keen eye on details for accuracy.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
