Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B. Sc. in Textiles will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design working procedure for large production unit and follow-up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization with full liability and accountability.
∎ Receive production schedule from planning department and ensure the man power availability, machine availability and other related matters for production are all full-filled to meet the production schedule.
∎ Ensure that pre-production activities are done as per the T&A calendar.
∎ Good knowledge on pattern and marker, and need to possess technical problem solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Oversee production process in hourly & daily basis to meet the given schedule.
∎ Attend immediately soon after any supply chain issues arises to avoid loss-time in production.
∎ Ensure to minimize the needle down time as much as possible.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labor, equipment to meet production targets.
∎ Ensure complete adherence to organization's quality standards and practices by keeping in mind quality and compliance requirements of international buyers.
∎ Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase the cost effective production with required quality standards.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of skilled men and machines.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers' performance and review operators’ skill levels and ensure proper action plan to train-up potential workers.
∎ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed with proper information to reporting authority.
∎ Must be able locate problematic machineries and arrange for maintenance works on them to make them workable / replace.
∎ Direct, lead and monitor cutting, sewing, finishing departments for a smooth operation of production department.
∎ Coordination with planning, maintenance, store, merchandising team to optimize production level.
∎ Conduct routinely coordination meetings within inter / intra-department(s).
∎ Ensure hygiene, safety and security of the company assets and personnel.
∎ Must be able to face technical audits of buyers.
∎ Must have leadership quality and should maintain good teamwork among all departments.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management.
