∎ Age 40 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good understanding of garment operation and ability to solve issues with confidence.
∎ Review monthly provision and rolling plans with production managers and address corrections before finalization.
∎ Analyze new styles, samples, SMVs, targets and special requirements and communicate instructions to relevant sections.
∎ Clear understanding of GSD and Lean Six Sigma practices.
∎ Lead teams to meet planned PCD (Planned Completion Date) without delays.
∎ Drive method improvements and process simplifications to enhance efficiency in upcoming styles.
∎ Monitor sample processes and ensure timely delivery of approved samples.
∎ Oversee raw material status, embellishment, washing facilities and ensure availability as required.
∎ Attend and monitor BPPMs/IPPMs, review meeting minutes and follow up on action points with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Conduct production forecast meetings, address QA and special issues and ensure smooth line feeding processes.
∎ Follow up on periodic employee assessments and implement necessary upgrades.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, DHU rates, cut-to-ship ratios and absenteeism metrics and take corrective actions.
∎ Maintain the budgeted workforce across all sections and ensure proper staffing.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to control absenteeism and employee migration.·
∎ Plan, conduct and monitor training programs for employee development.
∎ Confident about managing product risk matrices and work accordingly.
∎ Ability to manage large workforce.
