∎ Industrial Engineer (Masters)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Age maximum 45 years
∎ Commendable expertise to manage the overall production activities of the factory;
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in garments production as head in 50 to 100 line knit composite factory(s), out of which 2/3 years in similar level position;
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on all industrial engineering approach and methods to run production, floor and coordinate each & every production process efficiently and effectively;
∎ Should have proven leadership skills;
∎ Good communication skill well versed and skill of effective people management and motivation;
∎ Ability to work under pressure independently & result driven.

Salary: Negotiable
