Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality of feed mill.
∎ Plan, coordinate and control of production processes by accomplishing overall production target within minimum cost and required level of quality.
∎ Ensure production schedules are properly maintained, analyzing downtime and adjusting extra schedules (if needed) to meet production target.
∎ Take necessary steps to increase productivity and capacity by following production standard.
∎ Plan, develop and maintain the maintenance strategy of the factory in order to provide the best possible maintenance support in effective cost.
∎ Monitor the execution of all kinds of planned, preventive and emergency/ breakdown maintenance work across electrical and mechanical.
∎ Coordinate with production unit as well as purchase department to enhance the quality and efficiency of maintenance service.
∎ Ensure all required data are updated and software posting on time.
∎ Review overall performance and identify training necessities of employees and organize training program as per requirements.
∎ Enforce a performance driven culture amongst Feed Mill employees by implementing and monitoring the existing performance management system.
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities within all departments through realignment of work processes and appropriate manpower utilization.
∎ Take all necessary actions to save costs in feed mill by reducing damage in product, tracking items, effective maintenance, timely delivery and economic use of factory resources.
∎ Identify scope of re-designing and re-engineering the existing processes or systems to reduce cost and improve productivity.
∎ Plan, analyze and develop standard operating procedure of all existing operational and functional process.
∎ Prepare daily, weakly & monthly all kinds of operational performance reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years’ of experience as plant head.
∎ Proper knowledge about machineries installation at new feed mill project.
∎ Leadership ability to manage people.
∎ Operational Skills and Communication Skills.
∎ Resource Optimization skills and problem solving abilities.
∎ Quality awareness & Safety Awareness Knowledge.
∎ Production Process Management.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
