Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre- Commercial Run Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & designing the plan and analyzing the development & implementation progress of the Hot Beverage Project.
∎ Overseeing the erection, installation and commissioning of the hot beverage plants.
∎ Ensuring that all the project requirements are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
∎ Involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of the project.
∎ Formulating effective workforce planning from the initial stage of the project to the operation stage as per requirement.
∎ Developing user manuals, training materials and other related documents as needed to enable successful implementation of the project.
∎ Leading takeover of the Hot Beverage Plants from the Supplier in full capacity.
∎ Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
∎ Supervise supply of materials & Resources in the project on time.
∎ Operational Responsibilities:
∎ Setting daily/weekly/monthly production target and achieve the target ensuring the quality of standard.
∎ Overseeing the entire production process and ensuring maximum production with minimum cost.
∎ Ensuring optimal resource/ raw materials availability and allocating it according to the requirements to execute and meet production & delivery schedules.
∎ Following up the hourly production rate and managing changes using appropriate verification techniques.
∎ Reducing wastage of resources, minimizing cost of production & improving the efficiency of production.
∎ Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Finance and Supply Chain Division to solve product related complications as and when required.
∎ Coordinating with HR Division to settle workforce related matters as and when required.
∎ Checking overall costing, consumption rate and ensuring inventory control.
∎ Generating different reports on raw materials, finished Goods and production proceedings.
∎ Checking production output according to specifications and passing for the delivery as per the schedules.
∎ Communicate with the Management ASAP in case of any emergency in the plant/ factory.
∎ Designing and conducting necessary trainings for the employees/ stakeholders to reach the optimal efficiency and production results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 43 to 55 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 200000 - 219800 (Monthly)
∎ Gross Salary: BDT 2,19,800/-; Basic: 60,000/-, House Rent: 17,000/- (Or Single Accommodation at factory premises), Medical Allowances: 4,000/-, Conveyance Allowance: 4,000/-, Special Allowance: 134,800/-
Food: Food will be provided on Company account.
