Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry, Knit garments, Marketing and merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of planning & marketing to fill up the capacity for 12 lines Knit factory & support to sourcing business.
∎ Applicant must have vast knowledge about fabric consumption, product costing & pricing for knit garments.
∎ Responsible for total marketing and merchandising department for multiple accounts.
∎ Should have links with foreign reputed buyers and have the ability to get target export orders.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned time and action plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the product.
∎ To follow up with planning and meet shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ Go the extra mile every day for customers & need to have a capability to onboard new buyer, New market.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase sales. Also, to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attention.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be capable of handling & communicating with foreign Buyers.
∎ Capable to collect orders of $7,00,000.00 to $10,00,000.00 per month.
Salary: Negotiable
