Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure garments quality as per quality parameters & Buyers direction.
∎ Conversant in AQL standards and thorough knowledge of entire QC process from pattern to finished garment.
∎ Should follow the shipment plan and handle issue to avoid delays. (100% on time delivery)
∎ Identify causes and suggest actionable steps to improve product quality and reduce numbers of returns and repairs of products
∎ Accomplished of doing inspection with AQL
∎ Monitoring the implementation of QA procedures of the factory.
∎ Develop & Improve QA procedures of the factory Quality dept.
∎ Ensure quality of Garments efficiently and lead the Quality Assurance Team independently.
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years' Experience in knit garments in similar position in any reputed garments factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers
∎ Self - motivated and responsible
∎ Leadership quality in building a professional team for Quality Assurance.

Salary: Negotiable
