Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or Bachelor's in IPE/ Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meetings to implement planning
∎ Update production planning time to time according to the current situation
∎ Making efficient breakdown sheet/Operation bulletin and thread consumption
∎ Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan
∎ Reduce cost, eliminating all forms of wastes and ensuring quality standards
∎ Using different types of Tools and Technique to improve productivity and efficiency (Time study, Motion study, Lean, 5S, KAIZEN, JIT, Kanban, Six Sigma)
∎ Closely monitoring and making report daily basis (Hourly production, 5S, Efficiency, WIP, Input Output ratio)
∎ Find out bottle neck & balancing the line (If needed, making 1-hour production study)
∎ Implement production planning and update time to time
∎ Co-ordinate with all the departments for smooth shipment
∎ Attend and discuss during style change (PP meeting, Maintenance In-charge regarding machine, folder, attachment and technical personnel)
∎ Reduce COT (Change Over time) during style/layout change
∎ Arrange training of operator and staff and making skill matrix report of operator
∎ Evaluation of existing production target and set a new production target
∎ Monitoring hourly production and achieve the line target
∎ Calculate and prepare Man Machine ratio
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it
∎ Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
