∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare finishing plan as per shipment schedule and give validation.
∎ Optimize manpower utilization.
∎ Hourly, Monthly, Yearly target follow up and achieve.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quantity and quality.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of quality management.
∎ Able to improve efficiency and productivity of finishing floor.
∎ Maintain on time shipment schedule.
∎ Minimize wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ He must have mental mindset to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities as and when required by the Management.
