Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) In HRM from any reputed university.
∎ PGD PM/ PGDHRM/ LLB/ LLM will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: HR, Administration, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, regulations and ensure implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle recruitment process, Orientation/Induction program, exit interview and final settlement etc.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
∎ Conversant with local laws (company, labour, environmental, land, etc.) & regulations and ensure implementation. Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspects of HR issues as well as ensuring HR plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, retention, increment, worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ The candidate needs to have a strong track record in corporate HR practices related to HR planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment.
∎ Deploying Duty Roster and Implementing the roster accordingly.
∎ Carrying out regular visit (daily/weekly) to check compliance issues.
∎ Manage HR functions including office timing, leave management, grievance management and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Developing various personnel policies and guidelines and monitor their compliance within the organization.
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
∎ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
∎ To apprise the staff's performance & mentors them to increase productivity.
∎ Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 8 years in related field
∎ Excellent communication skills with verbal, written & email.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skill.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues.
∎ MS office, power point presentation and Advance level Excel knowledge.
∎ Should be smart, honest, sincere and punctual.
∎ Resolving any situation & any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Ability to work as a strong team leader.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours when needed.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
