Experience:

• B.Sc in Mechanical / Industrial / Metallurgical Engineering

• MBA/PGDHRM or relevant higher degree will be an added advantage

• Age 38 to 50 years

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in similar manufacturing industries

• At least 5 years in a senior managerial/leadership role

• Experience in electrode, GI, nail, or similar metal manufacturing industry is highly preferred

• Age 38 to 50 years (flexible for highly qualified candidates)

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Context:

Oimex Electrode Ltd., a leading manufacturer of welding electrodes, GI products, and nails, is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of DGM/GM –Manufacturing. The incumbent will lead the overall production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across all manufacturing units.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage full-scale production operations (Electrode, GI & Nail manufacturing).

• Plan, organize, and implement production schedules to meet business targets.

• Ensure optimum utilization of resources (man, machine, and materials).

• Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor production KPIs and take corrective actions for continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, QA, and HR for smooth operations.

• Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.

• Lead and develop production teams for high performance.

• Prepare MIS reports and present updates to top management.
