Oimex Electrode Limited a listed public limited company, we are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing in our manufacturing (electrode-welding, nail, MS Wire or specialty electrodes) business. The role involves executing sales strategies, achieving territory-wise targets, and expanding market coverage through strong dealer and distributor engagement.The incumbent will be responsible for field sales operations, territory management, dealer/distributor relationship management, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and trade promotion execution. The role requires frequent market visits, ensuring product availability, and supporting brand visibility through promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.

• Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.

• Conduct market visits and collect competitor information.

• Support promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Monthly salary 60K to 75K or based on experience
