Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for electrode and others products.
∎ Identify and approach new industrial clients in relevant sectors.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users.
∎ Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and quotations in line with company policy.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to provide product knowledge and customer training.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
∎ Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations to promote the product line.
∎ Manage a team of sales executives (if applicable) and ensure performance targets are met.
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager to lead the sales operations of our electrode product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of electrodes (welding, nail, MS Wire or specialty electrodes) and a proven track record in B2B, retails, dealer sales and industrial sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships.
