8+ years of experience in electrodes or related products.
Strong knowledge of electrode applications in welding or related manufacturing industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.
Oimex Electrode Limited a listed public limited company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager (NSM), Sales & Marketing to lead the sales operations of our electrode product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of electrodes (welding, nail, MS Wire or specialty electrodes) and a proven track record in B2B, retails, dealer sales and industrial sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for electrode and others products.
Identify and approach new industrial clients in relevant sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and quotations in line with company policy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide product knowledge and customer training.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations to promote the product line.
Manage a team of sales executives (if applicable) and ensure performance targets are met.
Monthly salary 120K or based on experience
