Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Chartered Accountant, qualified from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
∎ FCA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting, Cost & Management Accounting, debt financing, Financial accounting, Internal Auditing, Lease Financing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the Accounts Team.
∎ Monitor income and expenditure by scrutinizing relevant information from the employees.
∎ Monitoring transactions are recorded in ERP with accuracy and in proper accounting heads.
∎ Monitoring AIT and VAT deducted properly from supplier payment and from salary as per Income Tax Law.
∎ Ensure that monthly reconciliations are performed and reviewed timeously (bank reconciliations, creditor's reconciliations, accruals, and ledger accounts).
∎ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with Laws & Regulations and Accounting Procedures, Company Policies and Financial Reporting Process.
∎ Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations those are necessary for the entities.
∎ Ensure proper internal controls are in place to ensure that weaknesses are addressed.
∎ Preparing monthly, half-yearly & yearly Management Accounts, and yearly tax accounts complying with regulatory (like NBR) requirements.
∎ Auditing and analyzing financial performance.
∎ Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Management of the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exposure in Advance Excel.
∎ Exposure in ERP.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Mobile Bill. Salary Review: Yearly. Festival Bonus: 2. Earned Leave Encashment.
