- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, costing, and competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports and performance analyses for management.
