Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with sales and marketing, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices.
∎ Export Lc, Sales contract, handling, back to back LC, export documents preparing, bill of exchange etc.
∎ Incentive file preparing, etc all above mention work individually have to do Understanding of LC and its terms and conditions.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Issuing consumption report & maintain bond resister.
∎ Handle the import/export related activities as far as the commercial is concerned
∎ Look after the issues in relation with L/C for import and export.
∎ Take care of commercial papers /documentation for import and export.
∎ Keep liaise with the concerned department like DEPZ/ BGMEA /Customs/Shipping Agent /C& F/Bank etc.
∎ To make correspondence with overseas office/external parties/ customers as and when necessary.
∎ To make the Audit report (Export Proceed Realization Certificate) individually
∎ To make the Audit report (Import-Export Performance of Fabrics & Accessories) individually
∎ To bring Bill no., Realized value and Courier no. From bank, a day weekly.
∎ Update the EP status - after prepare the shipping document
∎ Co-ordinate with logistic, CS as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Banker will be given preference.
