∎ • 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps roles
∎ • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD)
∎ • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container security best practices
∎ • Experience with cloud-native monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
∎ • Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible)
∎ • Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) concepts
∎ • Experience in regulated industries (banking/finance) and exposure to compliance frameworks
∎ • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and drive security, automation, and resilience across our technology landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, observability systems, and compliance-driven automation for a large-scale ecosystem of over 50 microservices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including architecture, development, security, and infrastructure—to ensure the delivery of a secure, scalable, and high-performing banking platform.
∎ • Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Argo CD, or equivalent tools
∎ • Automate container orchestration workflows with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE)
∎ • Embed security throughout the SDLC (SAST, DAST, image scanning, secrets management)
∎ • Implement and maintain observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK stack)
∎ • Collaborate with developers to define infrastructure as code (Terraform/Helm)
∎ • Integrate compliance checkpoints (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001) into DevOps workflows
∎ • Manage identity and access control using Keycloak (OIDC, RBAC, MFA)
∎ • Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities for critical microservices
∎ • Champion a DevSecOps culture across engineering and product teams
