Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Linux system administration with 3+ years of experience. (Debian/CentOS/RHEL)

  • Ability to write Bash scripts.

  • Experienced in at least one backend language. (Go/PHP/Python)

  • Automatic infrastructure deployment with Terraform.

  • Hands-on experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes with Helm.

  • Proficient in Kubernetes ingress solutions such as Nginx Ingress Controller, Traefik, and Emissary-Ingress.

  • Experienced with GitOps practices and tools, including ArgoCD and FluxCD.

  • Experience in configuration management. (Ansible/Chef/Puppet)

  • Deploying CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

  • Experienced in AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean.

  • Having AWS certification is a plus.

  • Logging/Monitoring tools and applications. (Grafana stack, Prometheus, Sentry)

  • Experience in Nginx & Caddy web server.



Responsibilities & Context:

At weDevs, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who will play a key role at the intersection of software development and system operations.

Responsibilities

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Provision, manage, and monitor both containerized environments and VPS servers.
  • Deploy, operate, and scale highly available, traffic-heavy applications.
  • Maintain and improve Kubernetes clusters to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Own the security of cloud systems, networks, and development environments.
  • Implement and maintain internal tooling for logging, alerting, and monitoring with minimal overhead to maximize developer velocity.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across the engineering department.
  • Advise and collaborate with the engineering team on infrastructure improvements and best practices.
