Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in computer science engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for deployment, support and troubleshoot Business Applications (web services, cloud, desktop and mobile).
∎ Maintain scalable and robust Enterprise Software Applications, Server Architecture, Database, Network and Unix Systems.
∎ Identify root cause, Implement and document Workarounds for Application incidents.
∎ Implement/Deployment of bug fixes, patches and tactical platform fixes to both the new and legacy parts of the platform.
∎ Handle any escalated Application related issues from Customer/Helpdesk and maintain internal collaboration with relevant teams to identify ways to troubleshoot and increase end user satisfaction.
∎ Work as a part of cross-functional, passionate agile project teams ensuring high quality of performance delivery.
∎ Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
∎ Maintain exceptionally high standards at all times for architectural design, security and scalability of the system.
∎ Automate deployment and monitoring where necessary.
∎ Proactively improve the system monitoring, alerting and end-to-end tests.
∎ Create, update and maintain knowledge-base articles on deployment, troubleshooting, etc. and sharing the knowledge within the team.
∎ Participate in System and Network planning to be a part of the innovative enterprise architecture for Data Center, Disaster Recovery Site, LAN, WAN, Internet and Intranet platform.
∎ Able to be involved in any out of hours on call support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 Years work experience in enterprise system and application administration in UNIX platform.
∎ Extensive hands-on experiences in renowned troubleshooting tools.
∎ Working knowledge of Database Management system.
∎ Working knowledge of Network architecture, IT Hardware and Software.
∎ Demonstrated capability in debugging, tracking, and fixing problems.
∎ Advanced knowledge and skills in high availability clustering configuration and Virtual System platform.
∎ Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills
∎ Willing to experiment with many ideas and implement POC
∎ Strong communication skill (both verbal and written)
∎ Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
∎ Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
