Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication. Can
∎ communicate effectively in online meetings (understand
∎ and be understood). Can write infrastructure
∎ documentation, project proposal in correct English
∎ Has a excellent knowledge of AWS, comparable to
∎ obtaining the AWS Certified Solution Architect -
∎ Professional certification
∎ Can review an existing infrastructure and point out where
∎ it doesn't conform to the AWS Well Architected framework
∎ Can quickly troubleshoot any service issue on AWS to its
∎ root cause
∎ Can analyze an AWS infrastructure from the point of view
∎ of security and identify issues
∎ Given time and documentation, can define any AWS
∎ infrastructure in Terraform
∎ Can define guidelines and best practices to manage
∎ large, multi-environment infrastructure in Terraform
∎ Understand deeply the implications and typical problems
∎ preventing companies to fully define their Infrastructure
∎ as Code
∎ Can design a complete SDLC pipeline for an organization
∎ Can define and give guidelines on how to version
∎ software
∎ Can define how to implement security in CI/CD pipeline
∎ Can design pipelines to deploy services in infrastructure
∎ of 100s of microservices and several environments
∎ Can review Terraform definition of complex infrastructures
∎ (100s microservices)
∎ Given an existing AWS infrastructure and constraints, can
∎ advise the best tools and implementation to create a
∎ monitoring/alerting tool
∎ Has ideas on how to implement automatic processes
∎ (triggered by alerts) to troubleshoot or self-heal the
∎ platform
∎ Has used Kafka or other message brokers
∎ Can read API documentation of SaaS or internal tools
∎ and understand how to use their API to integrate them
∎ into platform automation tools
∎ Can use Python or other scripting language to build
∎ platform automation tool
∎ Experience on AWS, Bash, docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Ngix, vpc
∎ Extensive knowledge of information security and data protection
∎ Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
∎ Familiarity with Perl, Python, and other scripting languages
∎ Knowledge of industry-accepted IS standards
∎ Experience in:
∎ Hardening Linux systems
∎ CI tools such as Travis-CI, CircleCI, Jenkins etc.
∎ Documentation of processes and incidents
∎ Version Control software (Git)
∎ Windows Server Administration (IIS, MS-SQL)
Additional Requirements:
