∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with key partners to establish technology strategy, estimate efforts, build roadmaps, and track progress against target for all the projects.
∎ Work closely with project manager during all phases of the development lifecycle.
∎ Deep understanding of the tech stack and support needs of various engineering and product partners.
∎ Drive innovation and establish processes that deliver continuous improvement across all operational activities.
∎ Establish standard practices across similar work streams such that they are reusable.
∎ Provide technical leadership and delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects.
∎ Review all work produced by the development team and ensure code produced meets company standards.
∎ Identify tool/process opportunities and influence development teams to deliver enhanced functionality.
∎ Establish measurement metrics and methods for tracking work productivity, utilization, and quality. Create reports to give updates on projects.
∎ Ensure proper communication concerning changes in established milestones or challenges that may affect the outcome of a project's completion date.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Must have technical skills in Dot Net technology IDE (Integrated development equipment). Visual Studio .Net Framework, Windows Service, Desktop Application, Web Application (Web from, MVC, dot net core (1.1 to Net 5), blazor), WCF, Web API, Web API 2 with Swagger documentation
∎ Experience in Front end technologies such as HTML , HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, Jquery. PHP.
∎ Experience in working with API, SOAP and REST API
∎ Understanding of databases such as Oracle (PL SQL/SQL) and SQL Server
∎ Ability to handle risks and mitigate these across the program.
∎ Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Waterfall and agile development methodologies.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias for action.
∎ Experience managing large-scale projects involving diverse technical areas.
