Experience:

• At most 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile

• Bachelor’s/Honors degree in Fashion Design or Related field.

• At most 3 years

• Age 24 to 28 years

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D etc.

• Understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from team leader

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• An understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Need to create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
• Translate design concepts into high-quality visual assets for use in production.
• Stay current with fashion trends, color schemes, and design trends.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine concepts based on trend research and brand guidelines.
• Support in sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials for prototypes and production.
• Participate in fittings and provide feedback on fit and design details.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Create visually engaging, innovative, and functional digital products.
• Work closely with product managers, sample department, Merchandiser, and QA, and department to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products.
• Organize teams that can provide design solutions effectively and with excellence across all departments.
