• 2+ years of experience in design and merchandising, preferably in the education or retail sector.

• Strong understanding of fashion, textiles, and accessory design.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

• Attention to detail and an eye for trends.

In this role you are expected to research, design, procure and retail branded items of our different educational institutions like shirts, T-Shirts, Hoodies, caps, bags and other souvenirs. As a vital member of our Central Operations and Marketing team, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment, with responsibility of pioneering and driving the PnL of a new Line of business (LOB) for our group. Your creativity and passion will shine as you collaborate closely with all our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the school’s uniforms and accessories such as caps, water bottles, school bags, etc., ensuring brand consistency and a fresh, innovative look.

• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to source materials and ensure production timelines are met.

• Oversee the entire merchandising process, from concept design to final product.

• Work closely with the school’s administration to understand branding guidelines and incorporate them into design concepts.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely restocking of all items.

• Ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

• Regularly review and update product offerings based on student and staff feedback.
