Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the Manufacturing Ready Package (MRP) and an approved sample / PP samples are available. For detail MRP requirement, please review GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / Best Practice and Training/ MRP Guideline. For China shipments, please review GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / Best Practice Sharing and Training Material/ GAP China CIT tags Guideline.
∎ Attend Pre-Production Meetings, perform and follow up all audit activities per GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / QA Manual_SOP_Guidelines.
∎ Ensure all audit results entered QAS within 1- 2 days, maintain the QAS data accuracy. For guideline on how to use QAS report system, need review GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / Best Practice and Material/ QAS Guideline.
∎ Immediately notify GIS PQA and FKR when there are conditions, defects, or problems in the in-process audits that are out of specification, tolerance, or do not meet first quality criteria.
∎ Regular review the GAP Source Library and follow. For guideline on how to use GAP Source Library, need to review GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance and QA Knowledge Runway.
∎ Ensure weekly audit plan with FKR and inform GIS PQA per factory shipment status.
∎ Attend Country DA meeting arranged by GIS PQA for training purposed upon request.
∎ Follow up on other activities as directed by FKR and GIS PQA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be of strong character and integrity with a desire and aptitude to learn and understand GIS policies and procedures.
∎ Must pass all the related courses in QA Knowledge Runway.
∎ Be a stable and dependable employee of the factory with a minimum of three Years’ experience with the factory.
∎ Have demonstrated ability as an auditor for the relative product type produced by the factories, with technical knowledge of the factory’s product categories, have good eyesight and pass color blind test and Munsell test (pass means 0-16 points).
∎ Possess good communication skills, able to perform email/QAS system/ excel report or otherwise assistance by a separated co-worker to perform the documentation.
∎ 3 years’ inspection experience in sweater ( Buyer GAP) product.
∎ Able to read and write English.
