∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, Garment Quality, Product safety, Quality assurance and control, Quality Management System, Report Writing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have very good knowledge in quality process in the entire manufacturing & Sample quality of garments
∎ Experienced in quality assurance is garments industry and understand quality standards.
∎ Highly technically sound & capable to handle quality requirements of reputed brand buyers of which some have quality requirement of zero tolerance.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about QMS, Product safety & Compliance issues.
∎ Prepare facility to face different technical audit & solve CAP & Audit issues accordingly.
∎ Ability to data analysis & Take action to improve the skill level of Team.
∎ Provide advice/Make judgment of whether the machinery could fulfill the production needs and manufacture quality products.
∎ Capability to correspond with merchandiser & Buyer QC and fulfill their requirements as documented by floor/section wise.
∎ Aptitude to detect faults of operation and recommend corrective action timely and discussing/ solving the problems with the production team.
∎ To continuously develop own competencies & skills in relevant aspects, to enhance service quality and personal development.
∎ To conduct inline, assist Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) inspections & issue reports & provide solutions to issue found.
∎ Should have good knowledge about AQL and Final Inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have experienced in quality assurance for American Eagle Buyer
∎ Having proficiency in MS Office
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Proactive, Energetic, Goal Oriented
