Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc /M.Sc in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Industrial Production Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making production plan according to delivery schedule
∎ To monitor and control all production process in sewing section.
∎ Making bag-production report and sheet production report related to bag
∎ Supervising production workers to manage and execute production smoothly.
∎ Maintain stock inventory of Geo-bag and spare parts of machine
∎ Work closely under Production Manager to prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning & IE department.
∎ Work with maintenance team to minimize machine breakdown time and ensure target production
∎ Any other duty assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral for English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
