Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in Project Planning and Execution: Assist the Team Leader in defining project scope, objectives, and strategies. Collaborate in developing detailed project timelines, schedules, and milestones.

  • Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the daily work of HVAC project teams to ensure smooth Project Progress. Monitor workforce assignments, track productivity, and resolve any project issues.

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for efficient project execution. Ensure that all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines.

  • Resource Management: Assist in allocating resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to various projects .Ensure availability and proper use of HVAC tools, materials, and resources.

  • Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that HVAC systems are installed correctly and meet required standards. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to maintain quality consistency.

  • Project Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports on progress, budgets, and any deviations from the original plan. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, designs, and project files.

  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project progress and address any concerns or queries they may have.

  • Technical Support and Problem-Solving: Provide technical guidance and solutions to engineering teams. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues on-site.

  • Training and Mentoring: Mentor and train junior engineers, technicians, and team members about HVAC work, Safety and Project Management. Promote continuous professional development within the team.

  • Progress Monitoring and Performance Review: Track project performance against goals, timelines, and budgets. Report to the Team Leader on project status and suggest improvements when necessary.

  • Support Project Handover and Commissioning: Assist in commissioning HVAC systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly. Oversee the project handover process, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
