Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaboration with Area Sales Managers/Territory Managers (TM): The DSM works closely with the Area Sales Managers/Territory Managers to provide guidance and supervision, ensuring that Sales Representatives (SR) are on track to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Boosting Market Coverage: The DSM ensures that Area Managers/Territory Sales Managers within their region engage in "work-with" activities alongside Sales Representatives, enhancing market coverage and expanding reach.
∎ Dealer Appointment: The DSM is responsible for sourcing and appointing dealers to fill vacant dealer points within their region, thereby strengthening the distribution network.
∎ Monitoring Activities: The DSM monitors the daily activities of all Area Sales Managers/Territory Managers, ensuring adherence to sales strategies and objectives.
∎ Sales Targets and Performance: The DSM ensures the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly primary lifting targets, as well as product-wise secondary sales targets. They also focus on outlet coverage, product availability, visibility, and average sales per memo of Sales Representatives.
∎ Outlet Visits: The DSM proactively visits outlets to enhance product visibility and assess distributors' warehouses as part of the damage management process.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: The DSM is responsible for achieving both primary and secondary sales targets within the region. They identify and pursue new sales opportunities to create a potential market.
∎ Merchandising and Reporting: The DSM monitors product visibility through merchandising activities and prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the relevant authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining sales-related records is essential.
∎ Team Player: The ideal candidate should be intelligent, quick-witted, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Can-Do Attitude: A positive and proactive approach towards challenges, with a determination to overcome obstacles and achieve targets.
