• B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, DUET or any other Reputed Public/Private Universities.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have 5 to 7 Year’s practical experience in Real Estate Sector’s.

• Be fluent in operating MS Office along with AUTO CAD Software.

• Should be able to manage high quality residential and commercial building construction works.

Job Context

We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person for the post of Project Engineer (Civil). This role will be responsible for coordinating & conducting the overall residential and commercial building construction works.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare effective work plan, executing & close monitoring of project activities.

• Prepare of materials requirement and monitoring delivery, stock and consumption status.

• Monitoring & ensure that project is running as per work plan.

• Arrange & attend meeting with stakeholders, sub-contractors & site personnel to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.

• Prepare project related all running and final bills of sub-contractors.

• Monitoring project staffs and contractors overall constructions work from time to time.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation & file management.

• Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.

• As Per Company Policy.
