Job Context:
∎ Overall supervision of Makeshift/Registered camp level supplementary feeding program implementation, detection, and referral and follow up system, Growth Monitoring (GM), Supplementary Feeding Program in four outlets (Blanket supplementary program in Shalbagan, Leda, Nayapara1 and Nayapara 2).
∎ Maintain good coordination with Nutrition, RHU, MSF and IOM clinic for referral cases for the beneficiary of registered and un registered beneficiary of Makeshift Nayapara/ Leda/ Shalbagan Teknaf
∎ Assisting PM for overall management of Makeshift/RC and Registered nutrition program in Ukhia/Teknaf upazilla
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective 1:
∎ Make sure the standard quality of BSFP program in the field-
∎ Supervise the quality of service provided through Makeshift and Registered program (screening, detection and referral mechanism admission and service in the supplementary and blanket supplementary program sites.
∎ Supervise the work of Action Against Hunger Nutrition Sr. Project officer/ Project officer at Blanket supplementary program & GMP and ensure the quality of their work.
∎ Supervise the implementation of standard protocols in the field and centers.
∎ Inform the program manager for the need of formal and on the job training for the staff of program
∎ Identify the needs for training of different categories of Action Against Hunger and partner staff in the program
∎ Inform the program manager for the need of formal and on the job training for the staff of Makeshift program.
∎ Actively participate and facilitate training sessions for the different categories of staff.
∎ Report timely to the program manager if any problem related to the quality of nutrition program.
∎ Objective 2:
∎ Make sure adequate and proper supplies and utilization of food, non-food items-
∎ Ensure the request order for food and non- food items, medications prepared by Sr. project officers are adequate according to the need of BSFP program.
∎ Ensure the proper utilization and use of food and non-food items according to the standard protocols in BSFP program.
∎ Ensure the proper stock management at field level for food and nonfood items to ensure the quality of stock management.
∎ Make sure that the beneficiaries are receiving and consuming the ration according to the standard protocols.
∎ Report timely any problem related to the supply chain and utilization of SFP and Wet ration food, non-food to the program manager.
∎ Objective 3:
∎ Ensure the Staff management at field level-
∎ Make sure proper attendance of staff, volunteers and respecting of working hours.
∎ Follow up of the days off for the staff and replacement of staff.
∎ Report any absence and not respecting of working hours to the program manager.
∎ Collection and checking of the attendance sheets at the end of each month for nutrition staff, volunteers and submission to the program manager.
∎ Make sure that the staff of nutrition program is following their job description and are able to fulfill required tasks timely and efficiently.
∎ Report timely any problem related to staff management to the program manager.
∎ Objective 4:
∎ To ensure that appropriate reporting system is in-
∎ Make sure that BSFP senior Project officer (BSFO center in charge) are using standard reporting formats.
∎ Make sure that daily, weekly and monthly record of beneficiaries (admissions, cured, defaulters, death, transfer etc) is in place and staff of BSFP program is able to fulfill efficiently.
∎ Collection, compilation and analysis of the monthly reports from program (Screening with GMP and BSFP) and submission to the program manager.
∎ Objective 5:
∎ Ensure the good Coordination, communication and collaboration with all the partners at field level
∎ Establish good working relationship with all the partners (MSF, SARPV, RTMI, TAI, MOH&FW, WFP, UNHCR and IOM) and the official authorities CIC.
∎ Timely communication of program related progress with them.
∎ Make sure that close follow up and feedback system is in place for the referral cases (TSFP and OTP).
∎ Ensure proper communication, collaboration with other Action against Hunger programs and support functions (Nutrition, Mental health, WASH, administration and logistics) at field level.
∎ Ensure good coordination with MHCP staff for ensure the follow up of absent and weight static children.
∎ Attend and represent Action against Hunger during coordination meetings at field level.
∎ Inform the program manager in a timely manner about any coordination meeting planned or held, attend and represent Action against Hunger at Center level and Camp at Makeshift sites Registered Camp under this program.
∎ Maintain good coordination with Block Management Committee and other stakeholder working the unregistered makeshift side to response the emergency needs to address.
∎ Objective 6:
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity-
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities
∎ Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committees
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in training, capacity building, and programme management with special focus on Nutrition and Health Program.
∎ Master trainer/Medical Doctor having experience with Management of acute malnutrition is highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Master degree in public health from reputed university will be added value for this post.
∎ At least 3-4 years' work experience in field of Management of malnutrition or Health and Nutrition field added value for this post.
Salary: Tk. 93699 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year.
∎ Provident Fund - 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus - from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performance.
∎ End of Contract Benefits - As per policy.
